Presented in partnership with Medway Marches, Bellforge’s annual Juneteenth Festival honors the history and significance of Juneteenth while championing Black culture, creativity, and excellence. The gathering invites the community to come together for an afternoon of live music, reflection, and shared celebration on the Bellforge grounds.

Medway Marches is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a more inclusive community for people of color through education, dialogue, and collective action. The organization began in June 2020, when nearly 1,000 Medway residents gathered for a peaceful march through the town following the murder of George Floyd. What began as a moment of solidarity and community reflection grew into an ongoing effort to foster antiracism, raise awareness, and build a more inclusive future.

Guests can enjoy live programming throughout the afternoon while gathering in community and honoring the importance of Juneteenth as a moment of remembrance and resilience.

The Hut Island Vybes food truck will be on site serving Jamaican cuisine, with food available for purchase.
