A guided movement experience that invites you to slow down and reconnect. With a focus on balance, mobility, and breath, this session supports both body and mind while staying attuned to the natural rhythm of the morning.
Led by Medfield-based instructor Leila Hooshmand, founder of Mind Over Matter Studio, whose approach blends years of experience with a thoughtful, supportive style centered on strength, flexibility, and lasting well-being.
Meeting point will be at the back of the campus, overlooking the Charles River.
