Terms and Conditions for “Commonwealth Fest”

Ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather, and no precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers (collectively, the “Risks”) arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted.

The holder of this ticket voluntarily waives any and all claims and potential claims against Bellforge Arts Center, MusicSpace; Redefined LLC, 7Sharp, and all of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Releasees”), as well as any entities or individuals affiliated or under common control with any of the Releasees including, but not limited to, their employees, officers, directors, sponsors, partners, licensees, agents and designees relating in any way to the Risks.

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Bellforge Arts Center on behalf of Commonwealth Fest. Tickets purchased from any other website or platform are not valid.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Event Info

The festival will take place on September 16 from 12pm to 10pm.
You must be 18+ to attend this event.
The line-up and performance timings are subject to change.
Event is rain or shine.

Wristbands will NOT be shipped.
Wristbands will be available to collect at the festival after you have cleared security and ID check points.

Conditions of Entry / Sales:

– There are no refunds or exchanges once a sale is completed.
– Lost tickets can be resent to the email provided during purchase. Please contact customer support for assistance.

By entering the Commonwealth Fest at 65 Northern Ave, Boston, MA 02210 (“CW”) venue you agree to comply with the following rules:

– Possession, sale or consumption of Class A, B and C drugs is not permitted.
– Prior to entering the grounds, guests will be searched with a wand to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the grounds.
– Bags are restricted to small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6″ x 9″ or smaller and do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket. All other bags must be fully CLEAR and made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and be no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ ONLY. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
– We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home. Prohibited items will be confiscated without any liability on CW to safeguard or return such items.
– Personal cameras are not allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted.
– Drunken behavior will not be tolerated. Any person deemed intoxicated by the organizers, security or the police may be removed. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the grounds. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Tickets are non-refundable.
– CW has a strict No Re-Entry policy. Once doors open for the festival and you enter the grounds, you must stay inside the grounds until you leave for the evening. Guests leaving before 9 pm will have their wristband cut and removed.
– We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to CW personnel or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.

Restricted Items:

– No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
– Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted
– No drugs or drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind
– No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
– No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
– No outside food or beverages allowed
– No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
– No bags will be allowed if outside of the bag policy
– No pyrotechnics or open flames are permitted on site.
– Animals are not permitted within festival grounds.

CW reserves the right to alter or change the Commonwealth Feat program without prior notification. Refunds will not be issued should the program be altered or if a particular artist does not appear, including headline acts.
