Take a break from the pace of everyday life and join us for an outdoor guided meditation on the Bellforge campus.
Led by meditation teacher and intuitive empowerment coach Lisa Chin, this restorative meditation will be held on a shaded spot on the Bellforge lawn. An idyllic backdrop to settle into the natural world, come find us under the canopy of trees to embrace the rhythm of autumn.
Rather than focusing on doing more, this session encourages simply being. As autumn begins to reshape the landscape, the Bellforge grounds become a place to pause, breathe deeply, listen closely, find moments of ease, and make room for reflection before the busyness of the season ahead.
Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket or yoga mat for added comfort while enjoying this gentle practice.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.
A Few Notes Before You Come
This experience is best suited for adults and anyone who feels ready to engage in a calm, reflective environment. Infants in arms are welcome; however, we ask that all attendees be able to remain relatively settled to help maintain a quiet, uninterrupted atmosphere.
